Pricing, Terms, & Conditions
- Pricing format is an annual Base Retainer + % Commission of Sales
- Base Retainer is dependent and proportional to the Coverage Package selected
- Commission is eligible on Pre-Production and Production orders only. NRE & Service are ineligible.
2-Year Minimum Agreement required.
- 2.5% Discount for 3-Year Agreement, no price increase from Years 2 to 3
- 5.0% Discount for 4-Year Agreement, no price increase from Years 2 to 4
- Multi-Brand Discount available with the purchase of Evonomy Gold or Platinum packages
Confidentiality & Operations Statement
Confidentiality Statement:
- EVONOMY Group shares one Corporate NDA for both Brands. Each Brand has a unique service agreement.
- EVONOMY Group collects client contacts from both Brands. These are made available as needed to our team.
Operations Statement:
- Evonomy & REPfirm Brands function as entirely separate entities. No employees work in both Brands.
- REPfirm only represents one supplier offering for a given technology type & market. No in-house competitors.
- REPfirm personnel do not receive supplier information from the Evonomy team, or vice versa. This is firewalled.
