Job Description

  • Excellent communication skills via Calls and Emails.
  • Ability to perform with the team, ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manage time effectively
  • Complete understanding of sales, client interaction, and retention
  • Answer calls, & emails to assist clients
  • Able to establish and lead the team, assist them with their concerns/queries, and provide solutions
  • Able to achieve individual sales targets from the front and Upsell
  • Proven sales record of $10k – $15k
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of website design and development, branding, UI & UX, and Mobile application.

Requirements

  • O/A Levels or Min Graduate in relevant field.
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A professional appearance.
