Founded in 2009 to manage the assets of a local private family, Williamsburg Enterprises has grown into a fully-integrated real estate investment firm specializing in acquisition, development, management, and leasing. Since its inception, Williamsburg has invested in hundreds of unique opportunities across the United States and currently manages a portfolio of over two million square feet of retail and industrial properties and over 2,500 units of multifamily investments. We often invest alongside our existing partners and with proven leaders who have demonstrated an ability to excel in their respective fields. While most of the company’s holdings are in Texas, we continuously evaluate opportunities in other states.
Khaled Salem is the Chief Executive Officer of Williamsburg Enterprises. Mr. Salem oversees the company’s various holdings and the firm’s investment strategies and growth initiatives and is passionate about investing back into the communities in which his properties serve.
